Enjoy an afternoon of family fun at our annual Summer Fayre!

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our
2025 Summer Fayre which raised over £6,900!
On Sunday 13th July, we were delighted to welcome almost 700 supporters to our Hospice for a fantastic afternoon of summer fun.
The event was packed with excitement — families enjoyed traditional games like hook-a-duck, coconut shy, and tin-can alley, while children loved the bouncy castle, helter-skelter, animal balloons, and face painting.
There was plenty to see, eat and enjoy — from browsing the toy, craft, jewellery, and food stalls, to tucking into delicious refreshments and treats. Our live music added to the vibrant atmosphere and Hartley, our loveable Hospice mascot, was thrilled to meet so many visitors, welcoming them with high fives and posing for photos.
We’re so grateful to everyone who attended, donated, volunteered, or ran a stall — your support helps us continue providing care and comfort to families across our community. Special thanks to: our Hospice volunteers, our neighbours and event sponsors – Booth’s Garden Centre, our many corporate volunteers, photographer Ken Rowlatt, DJ Mick Matthews, our Local Independent Traders, Greater Manchester Fire & Rescue Service, Greater Manchester Police, BMS Event Medics, Kershaw’s Krafties, and for the donations made by Warburtons, Tesco, Asda, Bidfood Royton and Character Options.
Thank you once again to everyone who came out to support the event, we hope you had a lovely time!
