Our dedicated team support patients on our Inpatient Unit and in the community via our Hospice at Home and Caring Hands services, giving patients the choice of where they want to be cared for at the end of their lives. Our Wellbeing Centre supports people right from the point of diagnosis with a number of tailored groups offering care and support with a focus on wellbeing.
