Course Details

This session is all about establishing what wellbeing is and recognising your current state of wellness. It is not about telling you how to live your life. The session will introduce a 5 stage wellbeing framework which you will find supportive and should help all staff work towards an environment of mutual care and protection at work.

Everyone.

What Will the Course Cover?

  • Defining what we mean by wellbeing
  • Looking at mental health versus mental illness
  • Staff support – our mental health first aiders
  • Introducing the 5 stage Wellbeing Framework

Pre-Course Requirements

None, but if you have any wellbeing concerns or anything you wish to discuss in confidence please speak with HR, at any time, if you prefer.

How Will the Course be Taught?

Face-to-face delivery in a group, including activities and group/pairs work.
