Course Details
This session is activity-based, it’s all about working better together and understanding how teams function. You will have the opportunity to practise what you learn about your preferred way of working, in a team, during the session activities.
Who is This Course for?
An activity-based session to help build stronger teamwork skills is suitable for anyone in any team, but is ideal for work teams. Whether you are a team member or a team manager this session should be fun and useful.

- Stages of Team Development
- Belbin Team Types – what’s yours? What this
means in a Team? - Activities to practise teamworking
