Course Details

A participatory training session to provide you with the necessary skills to plan and arrange meetings as well as take minutes within the meeting environment.

Clinical skills will be enhanced via demonstrations followed by the ability to practise new found skills on our state-of-the-art, skills simulation mannequin to instil confidence in personal ability within the safety of the classroom.

Who is This Course for?

Anyone who needs to plan meetings, set agendas, record information for meetings or simply needs a record of a conversation.

  • Tips and techniques to help plan effective
    meetings
  • Improve the recording of information
  • Discussion about different types of meetings
    held and the record needed
  • What to include (and not include) in the
    meeting minutes
  • The process or sharing and storing of minutes

None.

Face-to-face delivery in a group, including group/pairs work.
