Course Details
This course will help you to identify key methods which are focused on increasing your overall levels of productivity, performance and output. You will learn how to “eat the frog” and spend time on activities that really make a difference, taking away top tips for making the most of your time.
Who is This Course for?
All staff who may need a refresh on top tips for organisational skills, any one finding they need help prioritising tasks to ensure they can get the most achieved in their working day.

- Establishing the differences between productivity and efficiency
- How to prioritise tasks based on urgency and/or importance
- How to develop successful habits
- Setting objectives
- Discussing the importance of planning
- How to say “no”
- Managing interruptions
