This session looks at what we mean by “communication” and why it is so important, especially in a healthcare setting. Looking at how we communicate and what stops us from communicating well.

Everyone.

  • A review of our understanding of the
    communication process
  • How we put people at ease with good
    communication
  • Discussion about the barriers to
    communication
  • The key skills of communication, including
    non-verbal communication

Face-to-face delivery in a group, including group/pairs work.
