Thank you to our Born Survivor 2025 participants!

On Saturday 13th September, Dr Kershaw’s fundraisers took on the world-famous Born Survivor challenge in Gisburn, set against the stunning Ribble Valley backdrop.

Participants pushed themselves to the limit, tackling an incredible range of obstacles — from underground tunnels like The Great Escape and cold-water plunges, to towering climbing nets and walls, finishing with the infamous Blitz.

It wasn’t just about the obstacles — it was about the determination, teamwork, and sheer grit shown on the day. We are so proud of our Hospice challengers who braved the mud, water and heights, all while raising vital funds for patient care at Dr Kershaw’s.

A huge thank you to everyone who took part, supported, and donated. Every step, climb, and splash will help us continue to care for patients and their families when they need us most.
