• Do you have experience of working within Healthcare or Caring for others?
• Have you worked alone or in a team within the Community?
• Can you work flexible hours – days/evenings
• Can you work without direct supervision using own initiative?
• Do you drive a manual car and hold a full UK manual driving licence/have business car insurance?

If you have the ability to:

• Provide a consistently high standard of palliative nursing care – keeping up the reputation of the Hospice
• Work with the community nursing team to achieve a consistently high standard of care and compassion for clients and their families in their own home
• Sensitively, care for clients and their families in their own homes, respecting the privacy and dignity of the client and their families at all times
• Liaise with the Home Care Coordinator/ Sister/Nurse in charge as necessary to maintain the comfort and well-being of the client

Salary: £24,937 per annum (pro rata)  

Hours: 37.5 hours Full time/ flexible over 7 days (Mon to Sun), early (06.45hrs – 14.15hrs) and late shift (15.45hrs – 22.15hrs)
