- Do you have an IT-related or computer science higher level qualification and experience of operating within an IT Department?
- Can you act as the first point of contact not only for internal employees but with external IT providers?
- Can you support, maintain and improve digital tools and systems, including Microsoft 365, Donorflex, Vantage and EMIS?
- Do you have experience of working in a healthcare or charity environment?
- Are you enthusiastic and self-motivated and enjoy working within a small team?
If you have the ability to:
- Work under pressure
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate with a variety of people with different levels of IT knowledge
- Coordinate projects complying with governance requirements
- Adapt to changing priorities and juggle multiple tasks
- Problem solve and think creatively

Our plans for the next 3 years to meet our strategic objectives include further growth following the construction of a new Inpatient Unit, and we are looking to drive continuous improvement in our IT infrastructure to optimise our business systems whilst continuing to serve our community.

This is a permanent role.

Salary: £32,073 to £39,043 (dependent on experience)
Hours: 37.5 per week – Monday to Friday
