Income Development Administrator (part-time)

The Role

We are now seeking to recruit an efficient, enthusiastic, and highly motivated Income Development Administrator to provide support within the Fundraising Team. The successful candidate will undertake important administration work related to our weekly lottery, and be responsible for keeping our donor data up to date and accurate, alongside stewarding our incredible supporters, ensuring they receive a high-quality experience.

Are you:
  • Highly organised, with excellent customer service skills, and attention to detail?
  • Able to multi task and work effectively whilst managing interruptions and distractions?
  • Experienced in strong administration and database skills and have an excellent telephone manner?
  • Able to actively engage with members of the public on all levels?

Dr Kershaw’s is looking for you!

We are an inclusive organisation, that promotes equality, and embraces the diversity of our community. We are open and transparent with our staff, and invest in your training and development. We treat all our staff, patients, and volunteers, with the utmost respect and dignity and are compassionate to their needs in this ever-changing world. If you align with our values, then Dr Kershaw’s is the place for you; start a new career today and join our growing team that puts our local community and our patients at the heart of everything we do!

A major part of this role is being the first point of contact for all enquiries into the Income Development Team relating to our weekly lottery. Our income is supported by our weekly lottery, events and campaigns; which all focus on supporter engagement, supporter growth and stewardship, remembrance and raising awareness.

To achieve all this we need enthusiastic, self-motivated, and pro-active people with attention to detail, who are focused and who share our values. If you don’t meet all of our criteria but are really passionate about our cause, please contact us!
