HR Assistant Administrator (Part-time)

We are looking for a highly organised individual, with excellent customer service skills, and attention to detail.

More about this role

  • Do you have experience of administrative work and using MS Office and HR Database systems?
  • Do you have experience of working in a fast-paced environment?
  • Can you provide administrative support to assist with co-ordinating and maintaining employee data entry and recording of and auditable documentation?
  • Can you focus on providing accurate, legally compliant records and accessible information to support the HR Department?

Are you:

  • Highly organised, with excellent customer service skills, and attention to detail?
  • Able to multi task and work effectively whilst managing interruptions and distractions?
  • Experienced in strong administration and database skills and have an excellent telephone manner?
  • Focused on achieving results in a timely manner

This is a part time, permanent role

Salary: £24,465 per annum (pro rata)

Hours: 18 hours per week (across 3 working days)
