Our version of Strictly Come Dancing is back in March 2026! Dancers will compete to fundraise for Dr Kershaw’s at an exciting new venue in the heart of Oldham.

Tickets for Dr Kershaw’s Strictly 2026 available soon
Our popular dance competition will be on Friday 13th March 2026, and we are excited to reveal the brand-new venue!
Dr Kershaw’s Strictly will be taking over the state-of-the-art event space of The Loom, above the The Market in The Spindles (formerly Spindles Town Square Shopping Centre). Here, our dancer couples will perform to raise funds for our Hospice and compete for the coveted glitterball trophy.
This year’s theme is ‘Dancing through the Decades’, so the audience could enjoy anything from the Charleston to the tango. We have had a spectacular response to our call for dancers, and we will be contacting the successful applicants very soon before sharing all of the behind-the-scenes updates.
Dr Kershaw’s Strictly 2025 raised over £53,000, making a huge difference for patient care. We couldn’t have done it without our amazing celebrity judging panel, an audience of almost 500 people, and our incredible dance teachers.
Jack Warburton and Katie Gough were crowned the winners after wowing judges with a jive from the Blues Brothers. The runner-up couple was Amanda Cunningham and Oldham Athletic legend Frank Rothwell, who performed a gag-laden Salsa mashup from Jersey Boys.
We can’t wait to see what Dr Kershaw’s Strictly 2026 has in store! Watch this space for ticket details.
The whole experience was absolutely amazing! It was so much fun to meet so many amazing people all taking part for the same cause. I’ve never been so nervous, but getting out in front of everyone and just having the time of our lives dancing was the most incredible feeling.
