We know that working in a Hospice can be incredibly meaningful, but it can also be emotionally demanding. Every role across our organisation contributes to the care and support we provide to patients and their families, and we recognise the importance of making sure our team feel supported too.

As we mark Mental Health Awareness Week, we’re launching our Support that Matters campaign—sharing how we support the wellbeing of our staff.

At the Hospice, we know that caring for families at the most difficult time in their lives takes a whole team—clinical and non-clinical—working together with compassion, strength and resilience.

From nurses and healthcare assistants to our reception team, fundraisers and catering team, every role plays a part in supporting the people and families in our care.

That’s why we invest in supporting our staff —so they can continue to provide the highest standard of care, when it matters most.
